This program uses public IRS exempt-organization datasets through a dedicated LightHouse data service. WordPress renders the public read layer; it does not run the large IRS ingestion pipeline.
EIN is the automatic match key.
An exact normalized nine-digit EIN may connect IRS observations to a canonical organization. Similar names or addresses may create a review candidate, but they never trigger an automatic merge.

60-day default gate.
Required core datasets must report a data-as-of date inside the configured freshness window. A failed required dataset blocks program launch and causes runtime reads to fail closed.
