Owner’s Day Mark, Inc. intends to seek recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Federal tax-exempt status should not be represented as approved, and contributions should not be represented as tax-deductible unless and until applicable IRS recognition has been received.
